Im holding back everything i feel
throwing stones at the advances at steak
walled up my inner peace
and forgot what it all meant to me

this familiar cycle of love and hate are self inflicted restraints
like an endless pattern forming
erasing what ive come to be

its enough and its taking its time
to get out of this bleak piece of mind
behind the stains
under restraints

its all blank and sublet-ed
